Pattern: 27-28-37 Linked-ring tawashi by Pierrot (Gosyo Co., Ltd)
Hook used: H
Colors Used: I love this yarn's Grey Beard, Hot Rose, and Sungold.
This is the hardest square I've made so far though in theory it should have been easy. I finished two of the rings and started to do the third and realized that they weren't linked together right. That's the hard part-- getting the rings to overlap the way that they are supposed to. It took me 5 times to get it right. I say that's great considering the hangover I was nursing this morning while I was working on this one. I probably shouldn't have attempted this one today but I guess I was feeling a little overzealous.
I'm relieved to hear your report on this one. LOL
I tried making a baby blanket several years ago which was made up of blocks with these linked rings. Beautiful. BUT I had the hardest time getting the stupid rings linked together correctly. Each one took me hours just doing that part and I had many that weren't done right. I eventually gave up when the time of the shower drew too near and those blocks got thrown out in disgust.
Thank you for your admission! Even if you were hung over. :)
