Pattern: Square 6 from Leisure Arts 99 Granny Squares to Crochet
Hook used: J
Finished size: 10"
Colors Used:
Michael's Loops and Threads Impeccable Worsted in Bronze and Soft Fern.
Hobby Lobby's I love this yarn in Metallic Pinky Toes and Buttercup.
Another one that could have used a smaller hook. This one turned out quite lacy.
So I've been trying to figure out how I'm going to fit all of these squares together so I decided to make a little to scale graphic of all of them than I can play around with the layout and make them fit together. I'm sure I'll have to make some squares to use as fillers when I finish with the book, but so far it seems to be working out quite nicely.
Of course there's a lot of white space right now :)
Love this openwork design! I think it would look great expanded and then used over a colored pillow. :)

Oh that's a neat one! And I think the tension looks nice, actually. It still would have been lacy in a smaller hook, just because of all those connected chains, right?

That is going to look fantastic when it's done - the blanket I mean!
