Living room and dining room
Not that bad right? Pretty much just furniture. The kitchen also just has the essentials in it.
Lets make our way down the hall...
Laundry room and bathroom. Still a lot of stuff that needs to be gone through and packed.
Parents room
TONS of antique furniture and dad's closet full of clothing that has not been touched in 4 years (when he moved to the farm). Why do we still have them? I don't know, but I'm absolutely positive he has a nike jogging suit from the 70's in there.
My room
God help me. I have packed a ton of boxes and this is still what remains in my room. I shudder to even think of what's under my bed. Oh and it may be best to mention here that I talked to the apartment manager about a two bedroom and she has one available now. I move in tomorrow! I seriously am going to need to take myself to Norman after this. All of the boxes I have packed have pretty much been craft related. Thank God I'm going to get a room devoted to crafts! Its also a good thing that I'm a devotee of the shove it in a box and go religion. Its going to be that way for my room. All of my other stuff is in the garage in convenient "kitchen, living room, bathroom" boxes.
The room of death (otherwise known as the office/sewing/treadmill room)
Not much has been done in here either. Mom has gone through her crafting stuff and her closet but that's about it.
Now that's just our house. My dad had his own business in our two huge garages out back. He aslo had about 10 storage van boxes (you know those trailers on the back of semis) in our back lot. He still has 4 that haven't been emptied and a whole ton of "treasures" back there. The smaller of the two garages is packed to the brim with my stuff and my dad's woodworking and leatherworking stuff not to mention a whole house's worth of antique furniture he just can't get rid of. Just so you don't think any one in this house is lazy... We've lived here for 23 years and my dad has taken about 20 huge trailer loads of stuff to the farm already... 20!!! There's going to be a lot of gas used this week. The farm is two and a half hours away. Thankfully my new place is only 10 minutes away. I just hope we're all alive after this week.
