I would like you all to meet our newest addition, Dolly Mae Beach. She is a super sweet pit bull mix and she came into our lives on June 18th through a coworker. Sheldon has been begging for a third dog for forever so it just all worked out for everyone. She's still a puppy (6-12 months) but we're hoping she doesn't have much growing left in her because she's huge and super strong! Our poor wood floors will never be beautiful again.
Dewey and Dash are slowly adjusting but they are still occaisionally jerks to her because they are so possessive of their people and toys. We think she'll settle in the longer we have her though. Every day is better. Our niece Rosie is absolutely in love with her and they are already so sweet with each other so we know she'll be good with all the kids.
Sheldon is over the moon excited and I'm feeling much the same way I did when we got Dash, annoyed with her puppiness until I look at that adorable face. She is such a sweet girl and I'm so happy to be her mommy.
